Yes. The community has a secure package room in the lobby. Mail carriers deliver packages directly there for residents to retrieve.

Your Pets

Yes! 100 West Water is a pet-friendly community. There’s a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent. Give us a call and we’ll walk you through the current amounts and what’s due at move-in. Assistance animals and service animals are not considered pets — please contact our leasing team for more information.

We accept online payments through our resident portal. You can also pay by check or money order in the office.

There’s even a weekday commuter route connecting Elmira and Cornell University in Ithaca. For longer trips, Trailways and Greyhound depart from the Chemung County Transportation Center downtown.
